Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order you place with LeadSixty ("we", "us") for its LeadSixty Inbox service, operated from Street 10, House 81, Defence Officers Colony, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our service
We provide Microsoft 365 email mailboxes set up for business cold email, on domains we register for you or domains you own. Each package includes a set number of domains and mailboxes, email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), access to a sending tool, warmup setup and support. What each package includes is listed on our Services page.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by PayFast. Monthly packages are billed in advance each month. Domain registration is a one-time charge per domain. We start work once payment is confirmed.
Acceptable use
You may use our service only for lawful business communication. You must not use it to send phishing, malware, fraud, threats, adult content or anything illegal; to impersonate another person or company; or to send to people who have asked you to stop. Every email you send must identify your business and give the recipient a simple way to opt out, and you must honour opt-out requests promptly. You must follow the laws that apply to you and to your recipients, including anti-spam and data protection laws, and the terms of Microsoft 365. We may suspend or cancel a service without refund if it is used in breach of this section.
Your account and mailboxes
You are responsible for keeping mailbox passwords safe and for everything sent from your mailboxes. We keep administrative access to the Microsoft accounts we set up so that we can maintain them. Do not change administrator settings or remove our access.
Results
We set up every mailbox for good inbox placement and share our typical results in good faith. Replies, sales and inbox placement also depend on your list, your message and your recipients' email providers, so we do not guarantee specific results.
Renewals, suspension and cancellation
Monthly packages continue until you cancel. You can cancel any time by messaging us; the service stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. If a monthly payment is not made, the service is suspended after a 14-day grace period and restored once payment is received. Refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Domains
Domains we register for you are registered in your name with the details you provide, which must be accurate. Domain registration renews yearly; we will tell you the renewal price before it is due.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, or for interruptions caused by Microsoft, domain registries or other providers outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed or renewed after that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute falls under the courts of Peshawar.
