What we collect

• Contact details: your name, business name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Domain owner details: your postal address, when we register domains for you. Domain registries require this.
• Order details: the package, domains and sender names you choose.
• Payment confirmation: the amount, date and transaction reference. Card and bank details are entered on PayFast's pages and are never stored by us.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or phone.

How we use it

To set up and deliver your mailboxes, register your domains, process payments, send you order updates, provide support, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to deliver the service: our payment processor (PayFast), our domain registrar, our mailbox provider and Microsoft (which hosts the mailboxes), and WhatsApp for messages you choose to send there. Each receives only what it needs. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Mailbox passwords

We create the passwords for your mailboxes and share them with you once. Store them safely. We keep a copy only as long as needed to maintain your service.

How long we keep it

For as long as your service is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes.

Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your service has ended. Contact us using the details below.

Our website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may store basic settings needed for the order form to work.
