Service and Delivery Policy
We sell a digital service. Nothing is shipped by post or courier. This page explains how your order is delivered.
What you receive
Microsoft 365 mailboxes on your domains (99 per domain), with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, connected to your sending tool, with warmup set up. You also receive a file listing every mailbox address and its password.
Delivery time
Mailboxes are delivered within 3 days of payment. Two steps depend on you and can add time: approving your mailbox list, which we send on WhatsApp, and, if you use your own domain, changing two settings at your domain company. We keep you updated at every step.
How it is delivered
When your order is ready, you can download your mailbox list from your order page, and we also send it to you on WhatsApp or email. Your order page shows live progress from payment to delivery.
Where we serve
We serve customers in Pakistan and abroad. Prices are charged in Pakistani rupees.
Support
Support is included for as long as your package is active: help connecting mailboxes, setting up warmup and launching your first campaign. Reach us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, Monday to Saturday.
Delays
If Microsoft or a domain registry delays your order, we tell you straight away. If we cannot deliver within 7 days of payment, you can ask for a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
