Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You choose a package, pick domains and give us sender names. We do the Microsoft setup, the DNS records and the connection to your sending tool. If anything needs your action, we walk you through it on WhatsApp.
What is a domain, and why not use my main one?
A domain is the part after the @, like getyourbrand.com. Use a separate domain for cold email, never your main website's domain, so your everyday business email stays safe. We can buy good .com domains for you for Rs 3,500 each, one time.
How long does delivery take?
3 days after payment. Microsoft needs time to set up each new account, then we create your mailboxes, connect them to your sending tool and set up warmup.
Will my emails go to spam?
Our setup keeps spam under 5 out of every 100 emails. What you write matters too: short, personal emails to the right people land best, and we help you with that as part of support.
Why 300 emails a day per domain?
That's about 3 emails per mailbox per day, which keeps every mailbox healthy and out of spam. Want to send more? Choose a bigger package and we add more domains.
Can I use domains I already own?
Yes. After payment we send you two settings to paste at your domain company (GoDaddy, Namecheap and so on). It takes about 5 minutes, and we can do it with you on WhatsApp.
What is the sending tool?
A cold email platform where you upload leads, write your emails and follow-ups, and see every reply in one inbox. It comes with every package at no extra cost, and your mailboxes arrive already connected.
How do I pay?
In Pakistani rupees through PayFast. Domains are a one-time payment. The package is monthly.
